This week we continued our transport theme and thought about trains. In morning circle, we learnt about the difference between steam and electric trains. We also learnt a new song about trains.
The children had the opportunity to make a train with carriages spelling their name.
On Tuesday, we had a super forest morning with Sandra. We learnt a lot about slugs and snails, finding out that even though they don’t have teeth they have over 25,000 sharp point on their tongues! The children enjoyed searching for different slugs and snails.
Our last sports session was also lots of fun and we are looking forwards to more sports lessons in autumn.
