Thank you so much for making our summer party a success. It was lovely to see everyone’s faces (no masks!) and the children had a wonderful time. It was also great to celebrate the imminent start of school with the pre-school children and we wish them all the very best in the next part of their journey.
In kindergarten we learnt a new song ‘Cover me in Sunshine’ as requested by several of the children. We also started our new topic ‘Transport’. In morning circle we named and sorted different types of transport into those that travel in land, sea or air.
We added water and boats to our large tray and set up the small world table with the train set.
The children had the opportunity to make necklaces and bracelets with Sophie, as they practiced their threading and knotting skills.
