This week in kindergarten we started a new theme ‘Doctors and Hospitals’. In morning circle we talked about our own experiences at the doctors and in hospital and made a plan for our role-play area. We also sang a new song ‘Miss Polly had a dolly who was sick’.
All the children made their own stethoscope and have started to make an ambulance picture.
The children helped to change our role-play area into a Doctor’s surgery and have enjoyed bandaging up the dolls and each other!
In morning circle, Becky Bunny talked to us about feeling tired. The children had some super ideas of how to relax and go to sleep. As well as what to do if they woke in the middle of the night and try to get back to sleep on our own, without disturbing Mummy or Daddy!
