This week we had a lovely visit to the forest. The children enjoyed exploring, searching under rocks and sticks for mini-beasts. They also worked as super teams to lift and move some larger branches. We will visit the forest again next Tuesday, please remember to bring a rucksack with water bottle and snack box for breakfast.
The children have also drawn some lovely rainbows, naming the colours and thinking about the order of the colours. These rainbows will be used for the wrapping paper which you will be able to buy later, raising funds for kindergarten.
The pre-school children learnt ‘Z’ this week and have now completed the alphabet, all ready for school in September.
Please can you remember to empty your child’s box, clear the cloakroom and take your child’s spare clothes bag with you on their last day before summer. Then the cleaner will be able to give the areas a really good clean. Thank you!
