This week was spent busily preparing for our Mother’s Day breakfast on Thursday. The children drew lovely pictures of their Mummy and thought of reasons why they love their Mummy. They also made a beautiful flower and biscuits for our celebration. During our celebration the children sang a song in English and shared a poem about Mother’s Day in German.
In morning circle, we learnt the letter ‘u’ and practiced counting, reading and making 5. We also started to learn a German rhyme about the four seasons.
Father’s Day Breakfast
We are looking forward to sharing breakfast with all the daddies. Our celebration will take a similar format to our Mother’s Day celebration starting at 8:30 until approximately 10:00.
