We had a wonderful start to the week celebrating St. Martin’s at the Theresienwiese. During the day, we were very busy baking tasty Goose bread and flapjack to share with everyone. In the evening
the children snag beautifully and looked fantastic with their lanterns.
This week we learnt the letter ‘D’ and played lots of games matching letters, counting and ordering numbers. We have also been singing the ‘Hokey Cokey’ to help us learn our left from right.
We have a few exciting dates coming up.
Next week our theme will be American Thanksgiving and we will have a
small celebration with the children in Kindergarten on Thursday 22nd November.
On Wednesday 28th November we will be taking the children to
a puppet show at the local library.
On Thursday 6th December we will be celebrating St. Nicolas. Like last year, we will sing some songs and meet St. Nicolas. The celebration starts at 10:30 and will last approximately one hour. Parents are welcome to join us.
