This week our theme has been hands. In our Morning Circle we talked about how important it is to wash our hands carefully to keep healthy and sang a little song ‘Wash, wash your hands’. We did a little science investigation using glitter and cinnamon and discovered how important it is to use soap when washing dirt and germs away. We also learnt two songs about our hands, one in German ‘Das Lied über mich’ and one in English ‘Tommy Thumb’.
On Monday we went to the library to choose some new books for Kindergarten.
We also did lots of art using handprints to decorate our bags and make trees in autumn.
Next week our sports lessons will start again. Wednesday afternoon is sports for the older children who don’t have a sleep and Friday morning is sports for everyone. Thank you!
