This week we started a new theme, 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. Everyday we have retold the story so far and found out what else he eats. We have also practiced our counting forwards and backwards, ordered numbers and played games matching numerals.
We have used paints and playdough to make our very own hungry caterpillars. Using letter-cards we have practiced ordering the letters in our names so that we can start to write them ourselves.
On Thursday, we celebrated the lovely weather and went for a delicious ice-cream.
The schools break up for summer this week, so today is our last sports session until September.
