This week we started our Easter theme. In our morning circle, we thought about different animals and their babies. We talked about animals that hatch out of eggs. We also learnt about how plants grow from seeds. Our new song for this week was ‘Es geht eine Zipfelmütz'’.
We started to decorate the Kindergarten ready for Easter with lovely bunnies and woven eggs made by the children.
The children helped to plant some different seeds including flowers, herbs, soft fruit and vegetables. Although some were a little disappointed that they didn’t grow immediately, we are looking forward to spotting the first signs of shoots appearing!
